"Post to Timeline" not showing up

Hey all I just upgraded my site to 7.1.0. The block "Post to Timeline" is not showing on member's page even after adding it from the admin panel. Whats the solution to this?

 I had a member contact me today saying that although he can see "Post to Timeline" on his own profile, the feature is not available when viewing other members profiles. Therefore he is not able to post to other member's timelines. I checked and he is right. So far as I know his profile is the only one like it. What might be causing this? Anyone?

 Those are know problems, we are now at version 7.1.2, and 7.1.3 beta.

I suggest you update your sites.

Thanks Newton. I'm still at 7.1 so will upgrade to 7.1.2 and post the update here. I've been putting the upgrade off! Ughh!

Upgraded to 7.1.2 and problem still exists 

I'm officially a moron. I did not have it enabled under the membership settings. Sorted. Thanks.
