.04 to .05 manul upgrade instructions.

Made it through the automatic upgrade part of the update but accidentally closed the window with the MANUAL part of the upgrade in it.  Is it anywhere online?

I recompiled the forum and language files and deleted the /upgrade/ folder.  I remember seeing some more steps for the upgrade to be complete, some chmod instructions maybe?

Anyone have a link to the final steps on the .04 to .05 upgrade?
